Celebrate Children Purchasing Consortium

The Celebrate Children Foundation would like to thank you for your interest in the Celebrate Children Purchasing Consortium. This program is designed exclusively for family and group child care centers throughout Wisconsin. The goal is to save you time, money and resources, so you can focus on what really matters: enhancing and enriching the lives of our children.

By completing the enrollment form, you will qualify for all of the exclusive benefits, including preferred pricing available only to members of the Celebrate Children Purchasing Consortium.

By completing this enrollment form, you grant permission for the vendor partners to contact you. Additionally, we invite you to contact the vendor partner(s) of choice directly should you be interested in learning more about their product or service offerings and pricing structure.

Again, thank you for your support of the Celebrate Children Foundation and young kids throughout the state. Participation in this program helps positively impact the most effective early learning systems for children from birth to age five in Wisconsin.
