Protective Factors Training – Introduction Course:

The Bringing the Protective Factors Framework to Life in Your Work Introduction Course provides an overview of the Center for the Study of Social Policy’s Protective Factors Framework which is comprised of five evidence-informed family Protective Factors. Explore the definitions and role of these protective factors in reducing the likelihood of child maltreatment and promote the optimal development of children. This course also focuses on utilizing a strengths-based approach to interacting with families and ways to incorporate Protective Factors in your everyday work.
